Summary: Great location in the town of Hay, central for all your needs.cottage is always clean & tidy on your arrival, this is the second time we have booked this cottage and will have no hesitation on booking it again.

Summary: I stayed at the cottage with my wife and adult daughter (who was attending a course in the town). A super, well-equipped, spacious and clean cottage in the centre of the village. Good communication with the host, Jess, and we would not hesitate to stay there again or recommend to family and friends!

Summary: Lovely cottage in the centre of Hay, could walk around town, to the river and a little further to the Warren for river swimming. Communication great from owners who returned queries quickly before arrival and while we were there to welcome us and provide us extra equipment (socially distanced). Spotlessly clean and well catered for, including washing machine, line in small yard and patio set, iron and board, cleaning, tea, coffee, sugar, towels, bedding and loo roll. Downstairs area is open plan oak and leaather furniture and spacious enough for 6 of us, with lots of plug sockets (phones & tablets) and TV,DVD,free view and CDplayer/radio. Upstairs has 2 spotless ensuite rooms, one twin room and one kingsize and guestbed (single with collapsible single underneath). Parking outside was okay on Sunday but 1 hour otherwise. But main carpark was a 2 minute walk away so was no hassle, even with a 6y, 3y and 6m old. Only constructive feedback would be the description of how to get to the cottage and photo needs updating, but phoned the owner directly and she was really helpful. Even though owner lives next door, it was still very private. Also, loved there was recycling bins rather than the one bin for all waste often found in holiday homes. Fantastic... would definitely book again!

Summary: Well equipped cottage withe everything you need. Had a lovely 5 night stay didn't want to come home. Jess is a fabulous host and keeps you informed every step of the way giving advice on places to eat and visit. Can't wait to book again .

Summary: A wonderfully central cottage which was as described on the listing. Communications from the owner were superb and the booking in process very straightforward as a result. The cottage is well equipped, very clean and tidy and we had everything we needed with a bonus of a little private courtyard area. Don't be put off by being next to a pub - we stayed in on a August weekend and there was little or no noise. A great place for a few days in Hay !
