Summary: An unexpected death occurred. My friends and I had to make a trip to Dothan where the funeral would be. The process for finding accommodations was helpful. I found the arrangement for the house to be very easy. Payment was done efficiently. All communication was promptly answered. I found the house to be quite lovely, clean and spacious. There was plenty of hot water in the showers and extra bath towels, washcloths and hand towels.which were greatly appreciated. The beds were incredibly comfortable along with the pillows and everything was so nice and clean and white. They were only a few things that I saw that could be improved. I have been to numerous other lodgings and there was always water and a snack for me when I arrived. Sometimes I didn't have enough time to eat and this just tied me over till I ccould make supper or go out to eat. There was only three dishes each of plates, bowls and saucers. I was unable to place any cooked food only on paper towels. There was no kitchen towels. Used scrub sponges was the only item to use to clean dishes and countertops. The kitchen faucet had broken off but was still being able to be used. The cabinet under the kitchen sink could have been a little bit cleaner but that was the only spot I found that needed attention. One thing I could suggest, is putting a table and chairs outside on the patio by the French doors it's a lovely yard with privacy hedges.Also the driveway was great there was enough room for big dually truck to back in and out. I highly recommend the property manager. I appreciated all the messages that was returned promptly and even after I got home left me a wonderful review of our stay. I received several messages from the property manager and I appreciate that the follow-up that's a good sign of good business and I will be checking back with this property manager when I do come back to Dothan Alabama. Thank you for allowing us to be in the house and having somewhere safe and comfortable while we were at such a sad time
