Positive: Very clean apartment, quiet area with free parking in the building. The owner is friendly and does the check-in personally. The apartment has all the things you might need for cooking.
Negative: Apartment in a 2nd floor with no elevator. For an elder person, the shower/bath could be slippery.

Positive: Clean and spacious apartment. Easy to find place. Many practical things in the apartment, especially in the kitchen. Nice balcony. Free car parking lot in the yard. Location is very close to Prisma and not far from city center if you travel by car.
Negative: Dishwasher did not work. There was one big towel per person. It would be good to have also a small towel for everyone.

Positive: Easy to find, very clean flat, cozy and spacious. Near the road but quite inside, lots of light, good beds, nice TV, clean large balcony, bath instead of usual shower in the bathroom. Washing machine and microwave. Free parking in the yard. Prisma and Lidl are just 3 min away by car. About 10 min by car from Kotka city center. The host has met us and gave all the instructions. Payment at the place.
Negative: Bed clothes and towels for the extra money. However, the host tells about it in advance, so you can bring your own ones. Only 2 tea spoons at the kitchen. Dish washing machine did not work.
