With 6 beds, 2 baths, 2 living areas, a fenced yard & pergola patio w/ fire place, it's perfect for groups or families. A short drive from the Denny Sanford Premier Center & airport. Off-street parking available. Come make memories with your family or friends!
With 2 king beds on the main level, 2 queen beds in the loft, 2 queen beds downstairs, a sectional, pull-out couch, and 2 bathrooms, there's plenty of space for everyone to spread out and relax. 2 living areas with their own TVs provide the perfect backdrop for everyone to have their own space.
We know how important it is for families to spend quality time together, which is why we've created a cozy outdoor space for you to enjoy. Our private, fenced-in yard is the perfect place for kids to play, and the pergola-covered patio, complete with a fire place, is the ideal spot for roasting marshmallows and making s'mores.

Summary: My parents and my great niece travelled to SF to see extended family and had the great pleasure of staying at this lovely cottage. We were minutes away from downtown and had easy access to great restaurants and shopping. The cottage is located only 2 blocks away from the home where my grandparents lived many many years ago when I was a little girl. Staying in the very same neighborhood so many years later brought back many fond memories from my childhood. The cottage is charming and had great beds and lots of sweet little touches making it feel like home. We were given all the necessary information for our stay well in advance and the host checked in during the stay to ensure our stay was good. Thank you for caring for this lovely little home and for keeping the neighborhood historic and well cars for.

Summary: Really easy to access downtown and other areas of Sioux Falls. My husband even went on a morning run to Falls Park from the house. Everything was clean and cozy.

Summary: The house is in quick driving distance to downtown and the Falls. Very clean space with some nice amenities (i.e keurig coffee, phone chargers, and smart tv).

Summary: Home is well-appointed, cute, clean, cozy, comfortable, and welcoming. Nice king size beds in lower bedrooms. Didn't use the loft area. Only small gripe is the rear door to the back patio is not available to guests, so it makes it difficult to do meals outside. Also, could use a bit more in the cookware dept, but plenty of dishes otherwise. If you find yourself in Sioux Falls, this is a good option in a quiet neighborhood relatively close to downtown area.
