This home is in the highly sought after East Memphis. It is a beautiful, safe neighborhood with large trees and gorgeous homes and yards. It’s a great place to take a walk and explore. It has a 2 car garage, fully enclosed privacy fence,and a large yard with a pool to enjoy in the summer. There is also a fire pit and firewood to use during the cooler months. There is a gas fireplace in the sunroom which makes it a cozy space to curl up with some coffee and a book. In the kitchen you will find a coffee bar with a Keurig and regular pot and I also supply some coffee, sugar, and creamers. The fully equipped kitchen makes for a nice night in cooking meals with family. There are 4 very large smart TVs to catch a game or watch movies and relax. It’s a comfortable space that makes you feel at home. The central location makes getting anywhere in Memphis quick and convenient. Plenty of shopping and fine or casual dining within a mile or two. Some within walking distance. Keypad entry for easy access and no keys to keep up with.
There are security cameras on the outside of the property for your safety and for mine. There is one also inside the 2 car garage. Absolutely no local bookings. This is for out of town travelers only. No parties, no gatherings.

Summary: The property is well-maintained and the space more than adequate for a group of longtime friends to get together. The garage was a nice bonus when we had to come and go in the rain and the pool was nice when the sun was out. Having mostly 1 level, it worked well for the friend that has to walk with a cane. The host communicated well and was easy to work with. It is located in a good area and we had a great stay at the property.

Summary: When you pull up the outside doesn't even begin to give a clue what you are in store for. Once we walked in, the word I kept hearing from my party was "wow". It's expansive but comfortable. Nicely furnished. The HUGE couch is extremely inviting and comfortable. Loved the art and furnishings throughout. The kitchen had everything you need to get things started. The internet was nice. I am a TV guy. So I appreciated the large smart tv's placed throughout. Outside, the pool was nice( winter to cold) and inviting. Large yard for kids to play Having access to the garage was very nice as well. Excellent neighborhood. The owners was responsive and met every need we had. Awesome. Looking to stay again for my convention next year!

Summary: Our experience was terrific..We would recommend this property to everyone!! The location was perfect for a short drive to popular attractions yet far enough to avoid all the noise and have privacy. The pool was amazing to relax in after a long hot day out and about and the fire pit was an added bonus. The host was just as amazing very prompt with all questions we had and was very helpful with recommendations when needed. Not to mention the beautiful flowers and snacks that welcomed us after such a long drive. We will definitely book again

Summary: We had a wonderful time in Memphis and love location of this property. The property itself was extremely clean and the word towels for the pool and for bathing readily available and beautifully displayed. Our host was perfect and accommodated every question and then we had on our trip. We will stay there again.
