Entire home available for families or group gatherings for special events. This is our home that we rent out for WSU/U of I events. Spacious backyard with enclosed trampoline, outdoor table with 4 chairs, stylish patio furniture with fire-pit. Located on Military Hill near a bus stop and just a 5 minute drive to Beasley on WSU Campus. A quick 3 minute drive down the hill to the new Rosaures. Close to SEL, WSU, Pullman High School. Great neighborhood where we are all friendly with each other. Our house is a split level with all 3 bedrooms upstairs and 1 bathroom upstairs, including the living room, kitchen and access to the backyard. Downstairs you will find 1 bathroom, a TV room, queen bed in an offshoot unofficial room, as well as laundry room. Our home is roughly 2,400 sqft. Bedroom 1 features a king size bed with a 50" smart TV. Bedroom 2 features a twin bunk bed but is fairly large and able to accommodate an air mattress if needed. Bedroom 3 is the nursery- complete with a crib, changing table, and glider. If not needing the nursery we can easily move everything aside and place a queen size air mattress in the room or move the downstairs queen bed into this room. The downstairs TV room has a 65" smart tv, large sectional couch, queen size bed, and bathroom with shower.
