Located in Brentwood this house will give you convenient access to many city attractions, shopping, entertainment and restaurants. The house features a large, bright living area with wood floors, comfortable, multi-functional sofa, 82” flat screen Samsung TV with built in Roku player and other applications, DVD player and bookshelves full of interesting books. The master bedroom has a queen size bed, high quality mattress, modern décor and its own full bathroom with shower/tub. The second bedroom has two twin-size beds and the third bedroom has one twin-size bed. There is additional living room that can be used as 4th bedroom if needed. It has a queen size fold-out sofa that comfortably sleeps 2 people. The secondary living also has a large screen flat panel TV with a Roku Player. Please note that the 3rd small bedroom with a twin bed is only accessible via secondary living area. The kitchen is well equipped with stainless steel appliances and a breakfast area. Washer and dryer in the laundry area are ready for you to use. Flat screen TV + Roku IV player, plenty of DVDs, high speed internet, microwave, outdoor deck with great sitting and a hammock , gas BBQ and fully fenced yard are only few features that you will enjoy while living here.
There is no pool on property but 2 communal pools are nearby and open in the summer- please google Beverly S. Sheffield Northwest Municipal Pool (check website for current fees) and Shipe Neighborhood Pool (admission is free).
We love this neighborhood. We recommend that you walk over to Brentwood Social House for a fantastic coffee or Bird Bird Biscuit to grab a sandwich. For sport lovers there is Little Woodrow's sports bar just around the corner. There are other coffee shops , parks, restaurants , bowling, bars, public transportation , groceries near by. Walking distance to Amy’s Ice Cream, Phill's House, close to fabulous Central Market with live music and organic foods, Triangle Shopping hosting farmer’s markets, only 10 minutes to downtown, the University of Texas, the Capitol, Alamo Draft House, very close to European style Domain Shopping center.

Summary: The location of Eva's home made our visit to Austin to see our son and grandkids most enjoyable. It was within walking distance to their home as well as coffee shops, other eateries and retail. The accommodations were very clean and welcoming and provided abundance space for us to share dinner outside on the patio. Will definitely look to book again in the future.

Summary: Loved the house and different lounging areas. Backyard was incredible with the multiple sitting areas, bbq, hammock, landscape, lighting, etc. Would definitely stay here again! Property managers were very nice & responsive too.

Summary: I’m from Virginia and a maid of honor in a wedding, and when my best friend said she wanted her bachelorette party to be in Austin, Texas I was worried about finding a place. I went through several different listings and just couldn’t find the right place at the right price with the right location…. But I stumbled onto this listing. The price was fantastic and it was able to fit my group of six! I would say 7 people tops can stay here comfortably anymore would be pushing it, but us 6 girls was more than comfortable. The house is beautiful and so so clean. The host thought of everything & I mean everything you could think of is probably already in the house. You don’t need to bring much, but food and drinks! The house is within walking distance to an awesome coffee shop and brunch spot which we definitely utilized!! It’s about a maybe a 15-20 minute drive to downtown Austin with a Lyft which was perfect!!! Also, the communication with the host was impeccable! She allowed us to check in two hours early and check out an hour late which was perfect! Since it was a bachelorette party, I asked the host before if I could hang up decorations and she was completely okay with it! She said no decorations that had glitter or confetti (which I totally understand. I hate glitter and confetti too lolol) I used painters tape to hang up the decoration so it wouldn’t affect the walls and it worked perfectly! The back yard was amazing to hangout at after a night out! I couldn’t ask for a better 3 night stay. I will be back to Austin and will be staying here!!! PLEASE STAY HERE 😀😀😀
