Summary: This is my 2nd time booking this home. I love the neighborhood and how quiet it is. The location is a few minutes from restaurants etc. If you’re a parent of a UNOH student then you will love the fact that campus is 5 minutes away. Having a washer and dryer is a bonus as I wash clothes before I return home. Jamie is a wonderful host.

Summary: Cute, clean, little condo tucked back in a nice residential area. Outdoor space was nice. Close to restaurants and entertainment. Would book again!

Summary: We were in town to visit family that have returned to Lima. Was great to stay away from the interstate and have kitchen facilities as we have eating issues a.d were able to prepare our own food. We will stay here again. Thanks Jamie.

Summary: The property manager Jamie is the absolute best. This home is located in a well established neighborhood and in a cul de sac. The check in and check process is extremely simple and the home has everything you need for a quick or long term stay. If staying with children there is separation from the bedrooms so everyone has their own space.

Summary: While this house was everything it said in the description, it didn't mention anything about it being a smokers house. Neither myself nor my two adult sons smoke cigarettes so the smell was really bad, giving my one son a terrible headache. They did have an air purifier going but no way could it clear that smell. Otherwise a really nice rental with pretty much everything you need.
