This 2 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom villa is located in the desirable subdivision of Fairview Estates, a quiet and private part of Citrus Hills community.
Surrounded by lots of live oaks and plants, the backyard is private and provides you with a large yards with different seating & BBQ area.
The villa has a comfortable living room with planking floor, 3 leather couches of which one is a recliner, open kitchen, fully equipped with appliances and other kitchen equipment and a separate kitchen nook with high table and 4 chairs.
Separate dining area, semi-closed of as part of the living room.
The master bedroom has a king size bed and a large walk-in closet. Doors open to the solar-heated pool.
The adjacent bathroom has a larger shower and two sinks, for his and hers!
The guest room has a queen bed and closet. The laundry room has a washer and dryer.
The garage can fit one more car. No truck please. Trucks can be parked on the driveway next to the house.
The pool area is private and the pool and hot tub is heated via solar panels on the roof. Depending in the weather earlier in the year, you might be able to swim but we can't guarantee the weather thus the temperature of the water. When the sun is not strong enough, the pool water will not heated enough.
Hernando is close to Inverness, Beverly Hills, Lecanto, Crystal River and Homosassa and only 20 minutes to Ocala and the I-75.
Citrus County has a lot to offer; Inverness downtown is very quaint, restaurants, pubs, Heritage museum, theater, Cooter Pond Park, Fort Cooper Park.
While Crystal River and Homosassa are both on the water and lots of water activities can be on your schedule.
