This newly updated home (**now with Air conditioning!!) is perfect for couples & families or work groups. Located in the desirable Garibaldi Highlands, you will find the best of mountain biking, climbing, hiking right at your doorstep. Coffee shops, grocery stores & some of the best restaurants in Squamish all within 5 mins. You will have the entire home to yourself. Uniquely set up as 2 suites, you will have plenty of amenities, 2 kitchens & 4BTH.
30 mins to Whistler and 50 mins to Vancouver, 7 mins to sea to sky gondola, 2 mins to Quest University, 6 mins to downtown Squamish.
UPSTAIRS: The master has 1 King bed and a 3 piece master bath. The second bedroom has a king bed and the third bedroom has a queen bed. All rooms have plenty of storage. Toddler bed/pack and play two highchairs and a baby gate can be found on this level.
DOWNSTAIRS: New 2 bed 2 bath unit that is fitted with 2 king size beds and 2 full bathrooms, new modern kitchen. There is a full kitchen with everything you need to prepare any meals.
The large covered deck has red lounge chairs and a fire pit to relax and enjoy. This home is great for couples, adventurers, families and groups. Self check-in so you can come and go as you please. Minutes off the highway with driveway parking for smaller work trucks/and or personal vehicles.
Our kitchen(s) has many appliances/cookwear you will need, knives and cooking utensils. Equipped with a coffee maker, complimentary coffee and tea, every spice and sauce is available for your use inside the home. Large skillet for easy brunches, waffle maker, indoor grill, and much much more.
LAUNDRY ROOM connects both units - inside is a washer and dryer that you can use.
OUTDOOR PATIO - Our outdoor patio is like another room in the home, located on the top level of the house. It is covered and has a propane fire pit for you to use. We supply the propane. ***We ask that you respect the neighborhood and keep voices and noise down to a low level after 9 pm***

Summary: We highly recommend Rob and Sheila as your hosts and this house. They were very pleasant to deal and very eager to provide a great place to stay. The house is spacious, bright and well kept. It is the best equipped kitchen we have ever had. I highly recommend this place.

Summary: Amazing. This is one of the best VRBO's we have experienced. The home was really clean, user friendly, easy to find, and the perfect set up for two families. They had everything you could imagine you would need from potty chairs for the little one to extra coffee for the morning. Beds were super comfy, plenty of towels and they provided SHAMPOO, CONDITIONER, BODY SOAP! We couldn't believe it! Highly recommend this home!!

Summary: The house was our home base for Whistler. It ended up being a longer drive than we thought, but the house had enough room for 9 and all the things we needed. Fully stocked kitchen, nice beds, and all the other necessities. The backyard is large so the 4 kids could run around and play. The covered deck was great for sitting around the propane fire pit in the evenings. We have 2 suggestions for the owners though. There are a lot of rules about separating trash that are not in the house book. We learned about all except the glass rule the night before checkout by text. It would be helpful to include that information in the house book along with bins for recycling and glass in the house with the trash can. The other suggestion, is to keep books and things that are politically driven put away. Our kids found a children's book with the coffee table magazines called "How the Prime Minister Stole Freedom." From a business perspective, political propaganda should be kept out of sight from your customers. Again, we have no complaints about the house. The owners were easy to contact and even mailed my friend's purse that was left behind, back to her.

Summary: Comfortable and spacious, fit 10 adults perfectly fine with room to accommodate hanging out and dining. A few kinks with the upstairs microwave, but it was mentioned by the host due to renovations/changes going on. Overall, good stay and very accommodating.

Summary: We really enjoyed our time here. The location was great since we were visiting a Quest University student. We walked to the campus multi times. It is a beautiful area. Our only problems were with the kitchen circuits that kept breaking but we worked ways around that. It would help to have the “check out to do list” in the instruction book. We didn’t get instructions on what to do until after we had already left. Thanks for sharing your house with us. It worked great!

Summary: Positives: beautifully decorated, lovely fixtures and finishes, totally updated. It was very clean with lots of towels and dishes and they left us some artisan bread and scones which was a nice touch. Great location near amenities and things to do nearby. Nice big house for 9 adults and 2 kids. Negatives: Owner takes a long time to answer messages and we got a last minute message that we couldn't enter at our check-in time but the cleaner needed another half hour. We ended up waiting in the back yard (which is beautiful, but you can't access it from the deck, you have to go outside the front and around the house). The house is on a very busy street so you hear traffic all the time. The kitchen is missing a cupboard door and both gas stoves have an element that doesn't work. The worst: the ensuite in a basement bedroom had no door! and the bedroom door didn't lock either (and it has a defective tub plug). None of the wall clocks in the house were working, no tp holder in one of the bathrooms, the kitchen linens were quite grungy and there was LOTS of leftover food and condiments from previous guests. Oh, and the rope chair on the deck pulled out of the ceiling when my three year old grandson was sitting in it and the wooden bar hit him on the head. So, we would return if these things were fixed up, but not otherwise. When I mentioned a few of these things to the owner, she made excuses saying it wasn't a hotel. We've stayed at lots of vacation properties and appreciate the attention to detail that most others have.
