Summary: We really enjoyed staying at Kate's property for our trip. I was visiting Washington DC to bury my father in Arlington Cemetry. Its not a far jog to the DC area and we felt very safe. The hot water was great for us. There was an outside area that we loved. I recommend taking pics and advertising that you have a covered sitting area. A friendly tip I would like to leave is, if you want, some extra hangers would be nice and a curtain on the entry way to the basement would make it a touch more like home. Other than that it was perfect for what we needed. I wish we could have stayed longer and will definitely see if this space is available when I come to visit my Dads site.in the future.

Summary: We stayed during a visit with our son and daughter-in-law who live in Arlington. Excellent location for Arlington and downtown DC. Most importantly it is clean, quite, and the bed is comfortable. Living room area was plently big for a us and our dog. The kitchen was also nicely stocked. The water in the shower never got above luke warm, but it was tolerable. We would definitely stay again.
