Location, Location, Location! Newly renovated 2 bedroom, 2 bath, 2 story townhome, just blocks away from all that Downtown Delray has to offer. Less than 1 block from the Intracoastal and walking distance to restaurants, shops, and the beach.
Property has washer/dryer in unit and 2 separate outdoor spaces. Covered and fenced in patio area and paved open space downstairs is great for entertaining or having a nice dinner outside.
Balcony upstairs is great for a nice cocktail outside in the evening. The outdoor spaces do connect from the exterior. You can't beat the location!
Property provides an outdoor grill and upon request 2 bicycles, 2 beach chairs (beach towels available on property)

Summary: What a beautiful place to stay for a great vacation Steve is super easy to work with and communication was terrific.. the unit is super clean and well equipped with everything you need away from home! I would highly recommend staying here. Location, location… walkable to everything. Bikes and beach chairs were also provided. Thanks for a great vacation we will definitely be back!!

Summary: Great location for walking to the beach, restaurants and shopping. Appears to have a very recent remodel. Well appointed with USB plugs, chargers, new beach chairs and bikes. Owner is very communicative and helpful. Free shuttle service offered in Delray, Freebee, if walking is not for you. The unit does have a somewhat steep set of stairs to the upstairs bedrooms if you have issues with steps.

Summary: The unit is very clean and new and in a great location. About 2 blocks from Atlantic ave. and about a 15 min walk to the beach. Communication with the owner was great and the unit appeared to be very new as far as renovations. Check in/out was easy and we appreciated the late check out.
