Enjoy the entire place to yourself! This clean and quiet townhome serves as the perfect retreat for your family vacation, business group, or small reunion. Close to Utah Lake and I-15, short drive to BYU & UVU, 30 min to Sundance, and 40 min to downtown SLC.
Enjoy the Megaplex movie theatre and several restaurants all one block away. Take a much needed dip in the heated pool or relax in the all-year-round hot tub while your kids play in the splashpad.
Melt into our memory foam beds and pillows and let your tension float away :)
In the morning, you'll find everything you need to make a pancake and coffee breakfast.

The complex has a shared, heated seasonal outdoor pool and kiddy splashpad (open end of May through first week of October), year-round hot tub, pickleball court, children's playground, basketball court, and indoor gym. Pickleball equipment provided.

Summary: We were pleasantly surprised when we arrived to find the place had a private suite in the basement. My daughter lives in the area and has a similar townhome, so I ignored the “closet” just inside the garage…which really turned out to be a basement suite. There was plenty of space for everyone. Two living room areas and a large kitchen with a table that fits 8. We had a pleasant stay.

Summary: We enjoyed our stay . Beds were comfortable and the property was clean. Be aware, there are a lot of stairs in the home! It’s not for elderly or young ones. We actually really enjoyed the area. Our only issue was the parking wasn’t marked clear and we parked in a spot that was for event parking by the pool. Our car got towed and it costed us $400 to get it back. If you rent from here, be careful where you park!
