This corner lot home has a beautiful arched covered back patio. For summer evenings kickback and enjoy the privacy from your own yard and grill up some fun with the grill that is provided for our guests. Currently there is a section of the back yard that is under going some landscaping but still plenty of area to utilize. Upstairs of the home there are 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths. Master room has a Cali King size bed and its own full bathroom. Second room has a queen bed and the third room has a full size bed. Note- 3rd bedroom has no door but has a drape for full privacy. Make your way down to the main level to an open kitchen with lots of seating. Kitchen is fully equipped with all the needs to cook up some meals! Couple steps away from the kitchen is the living room. Plenty of room to spread out and relax. The washer, dryer and half bathroom are located on the same level of living room. The basement of the home has the 4th bedroom with 2 queen beds and lots of space! The second room is set up with a foos ball table and a television for game console connection. A little entertainment space for the kids or adults. There is no access to the garage but there is enough parking. Driveway has room for two vehicles and there is off street parking.

Summary: We were in town for a wedding and hosted brunch for our family. Relatives arrived throughout the day to visit with family members they had not seen in years. Ages ranged from infant to late 80's and this home has something for everyone. We were pleased to find a highchair and a restroom on the main level. The kitchen is gorgeous, modern and well equipped. Coffee, cream, sugar and spices are plentiful. The beds are extremely comfortable with a generous amount of pillows. Linens and towels are wonderfully fresh. This beautiful house is in a great neighborhood and, even though construction was going on next door, the house is so well insulated we were never disturbed by the sounds. Carl is fantastic to work with, very honest and welcoming. Communication was excellent! We would definitely rent from him again in the future

Summary: This is a great house with allot of space as noted in the description. Clean and remodeled nicely so far. Our family was very comfortable there in space to relax, enjoyed the outside patio and sleeping arrangements. Nice to have the 2 1/2 baths for a group. Location was convenient also, we visited Golden, Boulder and Denver and had quick access to roads that led to all places. Very pleased and everyone in the group said they'd stay there again.
