Summary: My son and I visited Ithaca to spend Christmas with family. We were out most of the day, but the apartment was wonderful to return to at night. It was cozy, warm and private and the beds were really comfortable. Very much as advertised. I would definitely return when visiting Ithaca.

Summary: My family and I recently had the pleasure of staying at this property, and I can honestly say it exceeded all my expectations! From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and at home. The house was spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect – close to the commons and an easy drive to all the hikes, but still offering plenty of peace and privacy. Anita was incredibly responsive and attentive throughout the booking process and during our stay. They provided clear instructions for check-in/check-out, and even checked in with us to make sure everything was going smoothly. I can’t recommend this property enough! The care and attention to detail that they put into their home really makes a difference. Thank you again for such a wonderful experience – can’t wait to return!

Summary: Our good friend has multiple properties for rent in the area, but they were completely booked up for this weekend. Our nephew and their spouse wanted to visit us in Ithaca, as we did last year. This place was perfect for us. Very clean, comfortable beds, nice water pressure, a very well equipped kitchen and amazing communication from the owner. We would rent this unit again anytime!

Summary: A friend and I just stayed here and had a great time! The host was super accommodating and easy to talk too and answered all our questions. The place it’s self if really cute and clean and close to the downtown area. As well as in walking distance of the Cascadilla falls. We would love to stay again!
