Positive: Located in the centre of the village it’s a lovely property with its swimming pool and surrounds its best feature. We got an upgrade to a room with an adjoining seating area, which was nice, but nowhere near justified the standard room rate per night. Staff were friendly and accommodating and the electric bikes for hire were a nice touch. Breakfast was excellent.

Negative: It’s a little soulless and clinical. Very expensive for what you get

Positive: The property was fabulous. The staff was wonderful.

Negative: Our dinner left us feeling frustrated. We had our children - 6 and 10 with us. We were the first in the dining room and some of the last to leave. Our dinner took nearly four hours. The kids were exhausted so we put them to bed and had to return to finish our dinner. It was unclear why our food was taking much longer than everyone else’s. The dining room and food were beautiful but there was not much flavor. Whoever prepared the food was not very passionate about their work. There was no love in the food at this restaurant.

Summary: Wonderful property but grab dinner elsewhere.

Positive: I love a newly renovated hotel and have stayed here many times since the renovation. It’s immaculate and lovely staff

Negative: I didn’t appreciate the disabled room right at the back as we aren’t disabled. I believe you would upgrade someone who has stayed so many times as an incentive.

Positive: Great location in the village of Puligny Montrachet one of finest vineyard areas of France. Close to the major town of Beaune. Welcoming front desk staff, hotel is immaculate and includes a main building and dedicated rooms and adjacent property opposite the hotel. Breakfast is offered as part of the stay with additional al carte items if required. Dinner is cordon bleu. Service 5 star. Rooms are spacious with some with balconies.
