One half mile from our property is the top ranked Fashion Square Mall, one of the largest visitor magnets in the Southwest. Stroll down the famous 5th Avenue pedestrian friendly areas and check out the eclectic specialty stores and restaurants. Explore the area on foot as most everything is within walking distance, or use the free trolley less than a block away. You can also take a bicycle taxi or try out an electric scooter, bike or Segway. Sprouts grocery and 5 restaurants and bars are across the street from the condo complex.
Enjoy your morning coffee and then unwind after a day of shopping or golf on your private covered outdoor patio with comfy loungers. Custom tile flooring throughout the entire condo, quartz counter tops and high end finishes.
If you can’t pick from one of the countless restaurant options, stay at home and cook in the newly remodeled and fully stocked kitchen, or grill on your private covered patio. Gas BBQ grills are also located in the pool area. New stainless steel appliances include a full-sized fridge, dishwasher, microwave, oven, stove and plenty of small appliances including coffee maker.
