Cozy, fully renovated, cottage set back on a double lot on a hill in quaint Williams Bay. 1940's original cottage was rebuilt from ground up and finished July 2021. This cottage is fully functioning for everyday living and house is brand new with all new appliances! Sleeps 6 adults comfortably, with additional queen pullout couch and futon in living room. Located in the heart of Williams Bay, you can walk to the beach and downtown in 10 min (or a 2 minute drive). You are located 6 miles from downtown Lake Geneva, 6 miles from Elkhorn and 4 miles from Fontana. Williams Bay and surrounding towns have events, fairs and festivals all year round, not to mention the opportunity for outdoor activities that come with the beauty of the area!

Summary: Perfect quiet place for a weekend away. Close to Lake Geneva, enjoyed golfing, shopping and eating out, all within a short distance from the house. This house had all your basic essentials and more! Would recommend staying here!

Summary: Reserved this last minute after deciding the dog and I deserved a treat. The house is perfect. Williams Bay is a great little town and we enjoyed our walks. The owners are very responsive and the welcome card with my name on it was a nice thing to see. I will definitely be going back.

Summary: Allison’s VRBO captures the lake resort ambience of Williams Bay in a totally up-to-date, deluxe cottage. The setting is a quiet spot with deer and turkeys intermittently wandering through the large yard. It is an easy walk to shops and services as well as a great beach on the bay. Clean, safe, comfortable, with all the kitchen needs at hand. Allison well deserves her title as a premier host. I am already looking forward to my return next year!

Summary: Clean and peaceful. Lovely setting. Fully outfitted with necessities, i e. dishes, etc. Liked the open floor design. Near restaurants, grocery store, etc. Lake just a few minutes away. Owner left a bag of coffee for us. Nice touch. Would rent again.
