Summary: Lovely, spacious, updated, and fully stocked apartment. Comfortable, cozy and centrally located to area attractions. Every detail was carefully thought out and fulfilled . . . toiletries, towels, bedding, dishes, pots and pans, cookware, utensils, snacks, condiments, coffee needs, cooking needs, etc. Very happy with our choice. The only area that needs addressing would be dusting. The unit needs a major dust intervention. Would highly recommend this rental.

Summary: Property was lovely. Looked as if was recently updated. (Hosts must be tall...I'm a shorty and had a hard time reaching the coffeepot at the back of the counter! LOL!) We enjoyed the location and felt safe in the cool neighborhood - which was important since it was my daughter and me. Walked to nearby restaurants...even found a couple we enjoyed that weren't included in the host recs. Easy to get to the activities in which we were participating. Take your passwords to stream if you are watching TV. We are big sports fans and fortunately we had our PW for ESPN! On the street parking was good. Lexington was easy to traverse. Only drawback was being awakened (in the master bedroom) by the folks upstairs walking around. Can't prevent that. Wasn't enough to keep us from staying there again. Thank you to the gracious hosts!

Summary: The house was so nice! It had everything we needed for a long weekend trip to Lexington. Great location with bars and restaurants in walking distance. Loved sitting on the porch in the mornings and evenings. I temporarily lost the house key and Teri came right over with a second key. I would not hesitate to stay here again!

Summary: My grandma and I stayed here during Breyerfest and it was perfect for us. Beautiful apartment with comfortable bed and tastefully decorated. Easy to find and check in. Host is very responsive and accommodating. Would definitely stay here again in the future.

Summary: This was a clean and adorable rental of the full lower level of the home. It’s in a great location on the same street as Blue Stallion Breweing and reasonable walking distance to Rupp Arena. Would recommend!

Summary: The house was accurate to the description, clean, comfortable, and had a full kitchen. It was a perfect place for our group of 4 adults. The location was ideal as well. As downtown Lexington was easily accessible but the house is removed enough to avoid heavy traffic, and there are a variety of breweries, bars, and restaurants within walking distance.
