Summary: The listing does not show the outside or mention that in fact it is not a stand alone home. It is a townhouse attached to other townhouses. We prefer standalone rentals. Other than that it was very clean and the inside is accurate to the listing.

Summary: Our stay at this location was very smooth. Communication was great; Sean was very responsive and able to accommodate an early check in. Upon arrival we were met with a welcome package of snacks, drinks and kitchen necessities. The neighborhood was quiet yet just a short drive to the many Austin points of interest. The king bed was incredibly comfortable and the bathrooms came stocked with all the bath products you may need. As a bonus there was a neighborhood cat that would make appearances on the patio which my kids loved. Would stay again.

Summary: Location is great. Property as described. Very quiet and convenient. We used as a crash pad only so did not spend much time except to sleep and shower. Party: Three adults, one 3-year old, one 14-year old Arrival: Little tricky figuring out where to park (driveway right past the duplex - to the right if you're facing red door) and where to enter (look for red door) when you arrive at night. There is a "6" on the post indicating where to park - this threw us off as we thought it was for the duplex and had some trouble figuring out where to enter. Probably on us. Otherwise, easy to unlock and get in. Parking: parking two large vehicles was not safe (room for two cars but we had Tahoe and neighbors had two SUVs so could not use space underneath carport for another large vehicle - not a problem for us, just a heads-up if you have two big SUVs). Cleanliness: Fine. Mosquitos were everywhere (incl. inside) but that's Texas in the summer. Kitchen: has the very basics, which was fine for us (we did not cook or eat there). Everything worked (dishwasher, ice maker, etc.) perfectly. Bathrooms: no shampoo in the showers (which was fine for us - we brought our own) but there was conditioner and soap. Water pressure was fine (not great, sorry fellow long, thick-hair friends - but good excuse to book a blowout). A/C: The a/c has a governor preventing temp from being set below 74 (and it was HOT). We were warm (esp at night) but not uncomfortable. Host: Easy to work with - we did not need anything during our stay (kudos to the host for that). Received all check-in info as/when promised. Overall: Issues above are all super minor. Absolutely recommend this property for a crash pad for anyone wanting to be in WLH. Easy booking, exactly as described, and clean. We really enjoyed it and will be back.

Summary: Though a lot of beds, the space would be considerably cramped for space if more than 4 people stayed. Perfect for me & my husband! There were no paper towels left for us, FYI. There is no thermostat control we could find, but they have control anyway per their guest book in the home. Have a fan!!!! The departure said not to strip the sheets, which I found odd, so I washed them anyway

Summary: My husband and I stayed at this house with a few friends. We were all super comfortable during the stay. The king bed is so comfy! We rented a car but also used Uber to get into the city. Quick 15 min drive to downtown.
