Summary: Overall it was okay. When taking a shower you need to hold the faucet for fear of it falling off when turning the shower on. The air conditioner was extremely loud. The beds squeak when you move and are very uncomfortable. Also there was a rooster down the street that woke us between 5 and 5:30 AM every morning. The location was fantastic since it was only 8 houses from my son. I would stay again because of the location.

Summary: Cute place, great size and love the canal in back. Host was very responsive and friendly. Great value for the price!!! Only thing I would change is to update the mattresses.

Summary: Had a great stay! We visited for a week, and Jim's place was more than an excellent value. The house was clean and comfortable. The house is in a nice and quiet neighborhood as well. Other than running out of a few provisions, this house was wonderful, and Jim was a great host. At the end of the day, this was a really nice place to come back to.
