Summary: House was excellent. Great location, clean, etc. Communication with owner was simple, short and sweet to get set up. I would stay here again.

Summary: This home seems to be newly listed as a VRBO. The pictures online do a great job of showcasing the inside of the home (lawn is dead). We had 7 family members stay together and had room for all (6 adults and 1 child). Seating for eating was not optimal for us as the kitchen table only sat 4 and the stools for the kitchen island are too high to be able to sit and eat. We decided to eat together in the living room. As far as cooking needs we felt the kitchen lacked in pots/pans. We had planned on cooking all meals in the home but when we arrived we decided only to do breakfast which was a frustration each morning. Upon arrival to the house the garage had 6 bags of trash in it, and the trash bins outside were full. The dishwasher was loaded and still dirty, and the towels were put away but were folded and put away still wet. I notified the host of the trash in the garage when we arrived on Tuesday. I didn't feel the need to notify of any of the other issues as they were easily fixable. I didn't hear back from the host until Saturday and the response was a simple okay. I responded within 15 minutes asking for check out instructions as none were left in the home and never received a response by the time we checked out on Sunday. I felt the communication from the host was lacking and have always had better response times from other VRBO hosts. Because I'm assuming this is a newly listed VRBO I'm hoping it will improve over time as they receive funds to make improvements.
