This charming home with a hot tub, is nestled in the trees and is the perfect escape from the city - complete with the songs of roosters and chickens. This home has three bedrooms, each with a queen sized bed and flat screen, smart tv with cable. The master includes a private en suite bathroom with a tub/shower combo. The second full bath is located off of the main hallway. The open floor plan is great for socializing and dining. The living room boasts brand new furniture and a large flat screen TV. There is a large dining table to gather for a fabulous feast. The kitchen is well-appointed with anything you might need to prepare delicious meal, all while enjoying family and friends in the open living/dining/kitchen area. Summary: This place is clean spacious and has plenty of room for your whole family. The hot tub was an added touch and being 10 minutes to downtown bend was also great!!

Summary: The beds were a little stiff but overall the house was good. The hot tub was a nice bonus. Everything else was comfortable and clean. Would stay again.

Summary: We went with a group of 6 and enjoyed our stay here for the short weekend. A few things we noticed that could be improved on/take note of: 1) Beds were creaking with every slight movement, which made it hard for all 6 of us to sleep 2) Location is in between 2 trailer parks. Although in a quiet neighborhood, a few of us didn't feel completely safe. On the first night, one member in our group heard someone trying to get into our car(s) in the middle of the night (~2am). Nothing happened fortunately, but please make sure you lock your cars. 3) Morning coyotes were spotted in front of the house in the early morning. Also the sounds of roosters at 5am woke a few of us up who intended to sleep in. 4) We had a dog with us but we were worried that the dog could have escaped the backyard since the left side of the house is accessible. There's no fence to secure/close the left side of the house to the backyard. 5) Road going into the house is gravel Positives: 1) House was clean 2) Hot tub was amazing 3) Backyard was spacious 4) Great amount of kitchen supplies 5) Two bikes were in the garage, although wouldn't bike in the neighborhood Would we come back again? Maybe. We would probably try to find somewhere closer to the city to either Bend or Sunriver.

Summary: We were looking for a nice place that was a little more secluded with a hot tub. This place was good overall. The listing did say that the yard was fenced but it is not, luckily we decided not to bring our dog after booking the place otherwise we would have been in a pickle. Also, the hot tub was great but there was some debris in the bottom, it wasn’t a huge issue, but still could have been cleaner. Overall this place was a great stay though!

Summary: The house has been nicely updated, and outfitted well. The kitchen is well equipped, including a good spice collection; the knives need sharpening though. The neighborhood is typical River Woods - a mix of new builds, older cottages, and yards full of old cars and RVs. It is rural enough that you can wake up with the roosters. One disappointment was that the hot tub water needed changing when we arrived, and the hot tub was unable to heat after servicing. We received a fair cost offset to compensate for the inconvenience, but I sure would have liked sitting in the tub enjoying the snow falling on the huge backyard.
