Positive: Good apartment for family tourists，nice sea view，enough for a small family to cook for themselves. Hoster is nice，borrow the wine opener to us. Room is big enough to stay several days.

Negative: It is really a little far from Batumi center.

Positive: The location is excellent— very close to the sea, a 3 - 5 min walk. There is a small store with all the necessities and a coffee shop. There is a playground in the next compound. The building is next to a construction site, so there is some construction rubbish on the side of the building. But it's quiet, and except for telling kids not to run over those 100m, it did not bother us at all. The building is brand new, so everything is new, clean, and functional. The bedding, mattresses, pillows, and everything are brand new. The kitchen could be a bit better stocked with utensils (compared to American Airbnb standards), but it's good enough. We could cook some simple meals for kids easily. It has a full-size fridge and a small washing machine. Lots of outlets, so it's easy to charge devices. Good layout, plenty of space. One thing to keep in mind when arriving in Chakvi: mosquitoes. Bring a plug-in mosquito repellent right away. Our kids got bitten the first night, and the bites got worse the next day. Other than that, we had a great family vacation and we're very satisfied with the accommodations.

Positive: Lovely apartment right on the beach with a nice view of the mountains. Only downside being the listing says rooms with a sea view and we were at the back facing the mountains but it’s still lovely.

Positive: I had such a great time staying at this apartment! The location is unbeatable—just a minute from the sea, which was amazing. The place was super clean and cozy, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The views were the best part—absolutely stunning! We could see the sea and sky perfectly, and the big veranda was the perfect spot to relax. I’d definitely recommend it to anyone who wants to enjoy some time by the sea.
