Positive: Great location next to the river. Nice swimming pool. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was great.
Negative: The resort is a little bit outdated. The deserted houses on the premises make it a little bit spooky.

Positive: Room is clean and well renovated for deluxe villa room type, but water tap in baht tub didn't work. Bed and pillows is comfy. Anyway, we satisfied to stay here.

Negative: The place, unfortunately, is a bit run down. Most of the staff are very friendly, but the willingness to help is not as much as you would find in other places we have stayed at. The most disappointing was to request to stay for an extra 3 nights & the person at the reception said it wasn't possible because the hotel was fully booked, we proceeded to check on Booking.com for those nights & they were available. We took the hint & looked for another hotel for the remainder of our holiday in Kanchanaburi.

Positive: The property is very huge, with lots of things but unfortunately no maintenance and understaffed and old
Negative: Understaffed, food quality and option bad, staff not great with English. Old property with less maintained. Spa not functional as only one staff member for all guest. Beds and pillow were hard like hell, i could not sleep. Bathroom in river view rooms has uncomfortable bathing arrangement inside tub with very risky approach, while coming out it was very risky i almost slipped and got saved. No lift. Breakfast no great place for vegan and breads fruits too old. No fresh coffee or tea.
Summary: Not good for foreigners, language, food and old property is huge issue.
