Positive: It was a good, convenient location in the town in a nice neighborhood/community, the house was a great size and inside was very cozy. the two little LED starry lights & the fire place in the living room were a nice touch to the coziness. House had all the appliances for cooking and much more which was definitely a plus. The balconies were very nice at night, it rained while we stayed and being higher up in the trees was awesome. the amount of activities to do in the community was very cool and we definitely enjoyed ourselves for the time we stayed.
Negative: The cleanliness could have been a little bit better. It may just be me and my adhd to think of giving it a bit of more satisfying/deeper clean before a guest arrives but just to be a little nit-picky, we did notice quite a few cobweb's throughout stuff that was eyelevel like the smaller wall light fixtures, in the bed frame holding the mattress up between broads had a lot which was a bit off putting and a whole lot of dust on a lot of the basic surfaces. for instance, took a towel out of the closet and it was definitely sitting for a bit of time with how much dust came off from just the motion of taking it out the closet lol. I certainly understand it may be only a rental property but i don't know, a little more cleaning detail goes a looooong way.
Summary: My boyfriend and I enjoyed our stay 100% & the activities around, do wish it was slightly cleaner
