Positive: We took the villa, it was good in size, clean, private in nature
Negative: The villa was far from the pool, and from the restaurant and there were alot of bugs inside the house, everykind of them which disturbed us alot.( i know it's near the lake but they could arranged some solution)

Positive: The location is beautiful, the view of Sevan is stunning. Hotel area is quite calm and you can sit outside enjoying the nature.
Negative: This hotel used to have much better service when it was new. The kettle in the room was broken and put in the place just like that, I took it into my hands and it fell with a boiling water inside. Also, I mentioned that we will be around 12 am, the staff said it's okay and i just need to call them when arriving, but we had to wait for around half an hour before could find someone to open the doors. The water in the bathroom was leaking and going directly into the room, which was extra disappointing experience.

Positive: Comuna Sevan completely blew us away, it's honestly even more stunning in person than in the photos, and the photos already look great. The swimming pool is gorgeous, and the tiny private beach where you can walk straight into Lake Sevan is a total gem. The food, drinks, and cocktails were all excellent too. They were thoughtful enough to even provide a Bluetooth speaker in the room. Special mention to Aram, Angela, Deepak, and Akshay, who took wonderful care of us and kept the entire resort spotlessly clean throughout our stay. Lake Sevan itself is spectacular, and honestly one day was nowhere near enough time here. We've travelled to over 70 countries at this point, and this is genuinely one of the best resorts we've ever stayed at. Can't recommend it enough.

Positive: Прекрасное место с морским вайбом. Все сделано качественно и с душой. Очень понравился подогреваемый бассейн, с удовольствием купались. Замечательный персонал - встретили радушно и всегда интересовались, все ли ок на протяжении отдыха. В ресторане тоже все было вкусно и красиво
