Summary: Hotel is nice and clean. Location close to metro station is perfect and parking facilities are great. HOWEVER, the hotel has very limited breakfast facilities not able to cope with the number of guests they are taking in. This means lack of tables and chairs, no coffee unless standing in very long line and resulting difficulties maintaining sufficient hygienic level.

Summary: The bed and room was comfortable and clean. The room did not come with free breakfast and we decided to pay for it contrary to other hotel during our 12 days vacation was for free. Unfortunately, the quality and spread was much lower than expected compared to the free breakfast at the other hotel we stayed.

Summary: In 2025 you would expect some air conditioning and not a simple "ventilation" that cannot manage to get the temperature down in your room. So..23 degrees in the room no matter what (even by leaving a small window opened as instructed by the staff). Are we talking about eco-responsibility or, more likely, some additional margins for the hotel as it uses less electricity ? Unacceptable in 2025 especially with much more efficient conditionning systems .

Summary: I also like to stay at Comwell Portside. Although at my last trip I had no sope in the room, no hand sope or in the shower and I had to switch rooms. And this time and blow dryer did not work, very unfortunate when it was getting late and honestly I didn't wanted to go down and maybe again be asked to move to another room, so I had to do without. It's small things but just not too great when there is a new small thing each time. Other than that, I am very happy with the hotel and the staff and rooms.
