Positive: We loved our short staying at the Concept House. The area is pretty quiet for being so central in Ankara. I found a slot for my car very easily. The apartment looks really nice, it is clean, and very comfortable. I also found the staff very friendly and helpful.
Negative: The apartment has a kitchen, though no cooking equipment is provided (not even a glass). This is a pity, also because the staff offers room service (that we did not use)

Positive: we liked the room, we were offered one large room instead of 2 separate ones (which was very convenient for us). The staff was very polite, they also helped us to order 2 taxis. Overall, we liked everything

Negative: We just stayed 3 nights since the room condition not working and the weather is hot. Through all our stayed no cleaning for the rome done even we asked for... .Also the basic things for shower like shampoos and towels not available on a daily basis, only what was set before entry.
