Positive: Property was easy to find, in a busy street with lots of restaurants close by. Check in was easy and studio was clean and modern. Kitchen facilities were well appointed with a very welcome coffee machine and pods

Positive: In the old town , very central , lots of bars and restaurants around, the studio was clean and well equipped for our needs . Stairs a bit steep but the restaurant staff in Chefs took our bags up for us so not a problem .

Positive: The location, the room was big & clean. Loved all the toiletries, it even included a tooth brush.
Negative: How many stairs we had to climb, with all our luggage! It was a killer.. We also couldn't find it at first, so look for number 7 as opposed to concept suites as its attached to a bar.
Summary: Amazing location, clean room, but beware of the 4 flights of stairs to climb to your room!

Positive: Alicante is a nice place to visit, nice weather. The people looking after the flat were very friendly and helpful.The flat has everything necessary and it was clean and tidy. The location is very good if you like city life, good transport and a lot of places to eat.
Negative: The last day the flat was without water, we could not shower, wash the face or have a cafe.. , and we also had issues with the code for the door so we could not go into the flat on two occasions.. What I didn't like most was that the owner or person responsible never replied to the emails.
