Summary: Second time here and much better. Newly done room very comfortable this time. Very genial staff. Price is right. Free street parking if you look a bit. Jaca is great to visit.

Summary: Friendly introduction and service was excellent for the 3 nights. Well located near ciudad central. Great elevator, be sure to use it. Room "edelweiss" was large, two sofa chairs, large windows for ventilation, even in summer. Breakfast was "Spain". Again, service was great, rates were more than reasonable.

Summary: Charming and cosy, antiques and lovely decor. Very clean and quiet, excellent breakfast with superb coffee. Parking is on street, but a 1 euro fee (city fee) allows for overnight parking ( get parking permit right away at check-in and put in your dashboard) . 5 minute walk to restaurants and shops and Romanesque cathedral, as well as a star fort of Phillip II vintage.

Summary: What a wonderful night stay-over, from the moment walking up to the main entrance with lit candle lanterns outside to the farewell from the staff. The hotel had such character & ambiance with old world charm, absolutely spotless & well maintained. The staff were so welcoming aqnd fluent in English. We were very fortunate in being upgraded to the junior suite. What an absolutely stunning suite. Great central location for restaurants and of course, the Ciudadela De Jaca just a few minutes walk away. Garage parking is available virtually opposite the hotel. A delicious buffet breakfast rounded off our stay. All expectations well & truly exceeded. A big thank you to staff & Conde Aznar. Highly recommended 👌

Summary: The bed was hard as a rock. Fixed somewhat with extra blankets and a comforter placed under the sheet but still not so good especially for older guests. Otherwise a very good place to stay

Summary: Super location close to the town and fort. Authentic older style accommodation with plenty of charm (in a good way). Very warm inside given freezing outside. Nice breakfast. Helpful staff.
