Positive: The kitchen was neat and useful. Everything was working well, even though the stove was cracked.

Negative: The room was not cleaned well. The floor was dusty and hairs were on the ground. The room is run down and would urgently need renovation.

Positive: Location (2 minute walk from Brussels -Noord station, Flix Bus station just around the corner also. Room was very clean, good facilities and a comfortable stay. Decent price also.

Negative: Only issue wed the noise outside which is beyond the hotels control.
