Summary: There were absolutely no issues with the condo or the hosts, I fact they were both exceptional. They went above and beyond to communicate with us and prepared everything we could have needed. If you are looking for a place to stay in the cape Canaveral/cocoa beach area, this is it!!

Summary: Everything we needed was provided in this rental, including beach chairs and umbrella. The decor brought on peaceful vibes from the moment you walked through the front door. We especially liked the outdoor area under the shade of a beautiful Banyan tree for our morning coffee. Enjoyed our stay and would definitely book with this host again.

Summary: Comfortable, very nicely updated condo, not too far from the beach. Not really walkable to much else, but not a bad drive to restaurants (5-10 min). Wish the pool was heated for the cooler months! Great host, can't wait to go back!

Summary: This is a beautiful, quiet condo, one block from the beach. Extremely efficient and attractive use was made of the square footage. The beds were very comfortable--a major thing when you stay for a month--and all the appliances quite new. It's easy to both work and recreate in this space and it was very convenient to groceries, shops, Cocoa Beach, Port Canaveral and Merritt Island. The owner was very accommodating and responsive and would most highly recommend this property.

Summary: Property was just as pictured in the listing. Pristine clean throughout. Short walk through a quiet neighborhood to the beach access. So handy to have a beach cart, chairs, umbrella, towels available to use & we did! This unit was stocked with anything we needed. The pool area was so refreshing after a day at the beach. We hope to come again soon!!

Summary: We absolutely loved this little condo! It was perfect for my husband, 1.5 year old daughter and I. It was so nice having the crib and highchair, and my daughter loved the little beach toys and wagon. My husband and I enjoyed the extra little perks for us too! Coffee, beach chairs and towels, and umbrella, all the things that made our beach vacation that much more enjoyable and stress-free. Not to mention, the condo was super clean and so adorable! Its in a perfect location, just a short walk to the beach as well. We loved it here and would definitely book again!

Summary: Quiet neighborhood and very clean property. Had great amenities such as coffee, laundry pods, utensils, comfortable bedding and towels. Loved that there was a high chair and kids utensils making it easy to travel with my toddler. Host was very responsive and friendly!

Summary: Great stay! This property was super clean and the pictures and description are spot on. Was able to watch a launch right from the beach, which is a quick walk from the condo. Great adds with the coffee/tea/snacks and beach essentials for use. Super responsive host. Highly recommended!

Summary: This was everything said it was! Beautiful up to date decor and so impressed with all the accommodations! Katelyn responded right away with any questions we had and very pleasant. I would definitely recommend this place and stay again. The beach was a short walk away . Not far from shopping and restaurants.
