This private gated community is located on the intercostal waterway near Gasparilla Island. The area is famous for its fishing, boating and white sand beaches. BVH is also close to a number of local golf courses and is directly across from a seven mile trail excellent for walking or biking. BVH offers a clubhouse, pool, hot tub and tennis (pickle ball) court. At the end of your day relax in your private lanai overlooking the intracoastal waterway. Use one of the complexes grills or if you don't feel like cooking you can drive to one of many local restaurants or walk to the restaurant next to the complex.

Summary: We stayed at Kens place for a week after Christmas 2021/2022.Firstly Ken was great to deal with. Friendly, informative and great at responding to questions.We arrived after a long flight from the UK and it was pitch black as we entered the condo. Our first impressions were great. It was clean, spacious and exactly as the photos. We even had popcorn and chocolates left for us!When we woke up, we were take back by the view. An amazing bay with pelicans swooping and diving. Within 10 minutes, dolphins were swimming around the bay to welcome us.The pool is great, we'll secured if you have children and not overlooked or overcrowded.There are two fishing piers within a 5 minute walk and there is a little hidden fishing spot in the mangroves to the rear, which only residents can access. Caught snapper and catfish.The drive to Boca is literally 5 minutes, if that. The majority of that journey is over the bridge so it is located very close to beaches also.All in all, 11 out of 10! We would definitely use again and recommend to others.Thanks for a great holiday Ken!

Summary: This condo was super clean, well organized and had tons of space. The kitchen was great and had everything we needed to prep for any meals we had there in the condo. We appreciated the prompt response from the owners and how helpful they were with any questions we had regarding our stay. This condo is in a great location and only a few minutes from the town/beach and marina. We loved staying here and will definitely book here again.
