Positive: Excellent view, very nice and ample department, well furnished with all the necessary and a little extra too, pool access, clean and modern with a lot of space, one lightbulb wasn't working and it got changed immediately upon notifying the owner who was very kind and attentive.
Negative: The road isn't in a great state, especially on one side, I would not recommend driving there, it even scared one of our Ubers into going all the way around, it's pretty high up if you like exercising a bit there's a long and pretty fun staircase to go down and reach the sea in about 15 minutes, however it can be pretty tiring especially going back up.

Positive: Property Manager Oscar was great! Very accommodating! Answered all our questions quickly! Just a lovely man!
Negative: The beds…it was a double bed on a queen size frame. Not comfortable at all…the 2 single beds in the spare room are very hard and uncomfortable.. The washer wasn’t working properly before we got there, but maintenance fixed it within a few days.
Summary: We had a lovely family vacation! It’s our 4th time to PV ❤️ we’ve stayed in the same building!

Positive: The suite was large and comfortable, fully equipped kitchen.
Negative: The pool lounge chairs were so uncomfortable we couldn’t stay in one more than a few minutes.

Positive: Rooms were large. Pool was on the same level, just outside our patio. Kitchen was well equipped. Great air conditioning. We had everything we needed for the week .
Negative: Location was not exceptional but 20 minutes to walk to the Malecon in the morning. By evening we called Uber for a ride home.
Summary: We had a great time and our accomodations contributed to that.

Positive: Awesome view of the city. Large windows to enjoy the view of the ocean and city. Cute apartment is spacious and clean. The two bathrooms are convenient for groups. 15 minute walk to the boardwalk via stairs.
Negative: The location of the apartment is at the top of the hill overlooking the city. Taxi drivers had a difficult time finding the apartment. There are stairs and a very steep hill to climb up from the boardwalk if you want to walk.
Summary: Fun, clean, gorgeous views of the city and ocean.
