Summary: Very nice place!! Great location and by the rest of our family in the other timeshare and that was our goal. Decorated beautifully and updated, loved our stay! enjoyed sitting in the deck drinking our coffee, watching the sun come up and the deer nearby. I think our only issue would be the downstairs bathroom if you are 6 ft tall, you have to crouch a bit not to hit your head. If you can't do stairs be aware there are some into the condo and inside but that was fine with us. Was a wonderful week!

Summary: We had to drive from Alabama to go to our friends wedding in Eureka Springs. Due to the bike rally in town we had to book in Holliday Island. But the short drive north was well worth it. It was so much more peaceful than busy Eureka. And the little cafe and ice cream shop on the “island” was amazing! I also forgot a pocket knife that I received from my wife during our first Christmas together. The owner was nice enough to mail it to me. It was very clean and had plenty of space for 4-5 people. Would definitely stay there again.

Summary: Lots of bugs behind the front door and few other places that appeared to not have been cleaned. Had to provide our own toilet paper as only had a partial roll in one bathroom. Overall a decent house.

Summary: We loved this stay. We were just 17 minutes from downtown eureka springs and a 2 minute drive to the lake. The scenery was beautiful with deer coming up so close to the property. The patio furniture and weather made for great bonding time over meals and coffee. Will stay here again in the future. My only “issue” if you would call it that, is that the online instructions from the company are different than the ones in the book that was on the table.

Summary: This was perfect for us with our daughter & son in law. Our first family vacation together. We used Evolve and it went very smoothly. The condo was neat and very relaxing. Furnished nicely. Location - We liked that it was away from the busy areas but close enough to access without long trips. Layout - It worked great for all of us. Rooms separate and a bathroom on each level. Stairs were fine for us but could bother some since the shower was upstairs. Also, there were stairs to enter the property. Neighbors were friendly. We had a fantastic time. Able to walk to the water. Be careful of the traffic :) Kids fished and fished. Downsides - Tub didn't drain well. Standing in water by the time a short shower was finished. Wifi code we were given didn't work, but we were able to find the code on the bottom of the box. We would recommend and expect to return. Thanks for a reasonably priced comfortable place to stay.
