Amazing Water Views
Where Charlotte Harbor meets the Myakka River, the water views from this Sunrise Villa are peaceful and expansive. This beautiful and large villa/apartment is divided over 4 levels, all accessible by your own private elevator, 3 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms.
Expansive Floor Plan
On the bottom floor is the 1-car garage as well as the washer and dryer accessible via elevator. On the second floor is a large open kitchen, dining room, half bathroom, and a spacious family room with oversized sliders that step out to the screened lanai. On the third floor is the master suite with a king-size bed and private balcony overlooking the Myakka River and a large master bathroom with a jetted tub, walk-in shower, dual sinks, and a spacious walk-in closet. In addition, a guest bedroom (queen size bed) with a small private balcony and guest's bathroom with shower is just down the hallway from the master on the third floor. The fourth-floor loft has an open kitchen, queen bed in the loft space, bathroom with a large bathtub, and a reading/sitting area.

Master bedroom: King bed, en-suite bathroom, flatscreen tv private balcony overlooking the Myakka River.
Second bedroom: Queen bed, en-suite bathroom, Private balcony overlooking canal and wetlands
Third bedroom: Loft on 4th floor with kitchen, en-suite bathroom and queen bed
We offer two bikes to use during your stay, as well as some fishing poles and beach chairs.
On-site Amenities
The community offers a social clubhouse and a heated Olympic size community pool overlooking the Myakka River. Enjoy the fishing pier into the Myakka River or the open seawall to tie up your boat. Boat access is available with no bridges to impede access to the Harbor and Gulf of Mexico, this is sailboat water access.
There are community picnic areas with propane grills along the canal for guest use. Please clean the area after use.
The rental is equipped with linens and towels, including pool towels, hairdryer, and regular kitchen supplies - all you need to bring is your suitcases. This vacation property is great for relaxing and enjoying the amazing views. Truly a vacation you will remember!

Myakka State Forest hiking is less than 12 miles
Public Boat Ramp at El Jobean Boat ramp for easy access to the water by boat is less than a mile away.

"hotel-size" shampoo and bar soaps per bathroom
Garbage can liners in each bedroom/bathroom small garbage cans

Summary: A quiet community with waterfront views! The pool is fantastic! We would definitely stay there again. One recommendation for the owner is to replace the pots and especially the pans. Cooking was a challenge due to unusable pans to the point we went and bought a pan ourselves just to get by. Other than that, it was a nice place.

Summary: Overall a great place to stay. Great neighbors, very friendly! Swimming pool was wonderful! Very comfortable place to stay, except for the requirement of not setting the air conditioning below 74°. On hot days that wasn't cool enough to be comfortable unless sitting directly under a ceiling fan turned on high. There are lots of stairs and the elevator was really slow and a little scary so we didn't use that. We felt the kitchen could have been cleaner, because we felt the need to wash many things before using them, but the kitchen was well stocked with dishes, pans and utensils. Other than those minor things, we would recommend this place.

Summary: The unit was large and the location on the water was beautiful. It was convenient to great restaurants, shopping and beaches. We were disappointed in the old sheets that didn't fit the bed, the old towels and how unorganized the stuff in the kitchen cabinets was left. The coffee pot was not cleaned out upon arrival and dirty towels were left in the kitchen. I guess this was missed by housekeeping but not a great first impression. Overall a great place to stay. The pool was huge and sparkling clean.

Summary: Very much enjoyed our stay. Plenty of room and the view of the river was exceptional. Pool was great. Unfortunately it was closed during our third week due to the coronavirus. We ended up leaving early as well. Not the fault of the owner or property manager! Thanks for the stay.
