Summary: We love this location, having stayed here several times in the past. The unit was clean, bed comfortable and kitchen fully stocked, as expected. And the proximity and easy access to the beach is near perfect, so we had an enjoyable stay on TI. However, the complex's management has changed in the past year, and it definitely will cause us to rent elsewhere in the future. We received inconsistent answers from our inquiries about the elevator status, from it was working to it worked only on certain floors to it was not working, which, it turned out, it was not. Walking up two flights was OK for us, but several guests we talked to on upper levels were hugely distressed at lack of info they received on the elevator's continued outage. When our guests arrived, the management company refused to let them park in the several empty spaces that previous management had allowed on a first-come first served basis. Check in was confusing, as we were directed to Sunset Vista, but Sunset Vista couldn't help us because they didn't own our unit. It took a couple of calls to our rental agency to finally get our security code to our unit. Further, there was no on-site manager we could talk to during our entire two-week stay. We understand the complex suffered significant damage during the season's two hurricanes; however, the lack of information and support left a very sour taste. Lastly, by accident, I discovered that our unit's code worked on at least one other unit.

Summary: we checked in around 530pm. the unit was given to a different family. they had to kick the family out as we sat in the foyer and watched the whole thing go down. not a pleasant start to a relaxing trip. Teens enjoyed the pool. No other snafus after that.

Summary: Location good. Can walk everywhere. Cleanliness was ok except black ring around toilets and moldy shower curtains. No plate in microwave but it worked. After we left, we were blamed for the “broken “ microwave and charged. There was no verbal communication during the whole stay. The people at the reception area were very nice and helpful but they weren’t the one’s renting the condo. Warning to all… document everything! Take photos
