You will never tire of the beautiful ocean view from the roomy 4th floor balcony in this oceanfront building! This lovely home away from home has vinyl flooring throughout (no musty beach smell here!), a newly renovated kitchen with new appliances that opens up into the dining and living space. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to serve up your own meals on those days and nights when you choose to not take advantage of the many Rehoboth eateries that are a short walk away. The dining table comfortably seats 4 plus there are 2 stools at the kitchen peninsula if you have a party of 6. There is plenty of room to spread out in the living room when you feel like watching something on the 58" TV after a glorious day on the beach. But before you do, be sure to enjoy a cool beverage on the balcony while the sun sets and you take in the incredible ocean view. Accommodations include a primary bedroom with King bed and Smart TV, a guest bedroom with 2 twin beds, a Queen sleeper sofa, and a 4-piece bathroom conveniently located between the bedrooms that includes a hair dryer. There is onsite coin laundry and hand soap, dish soap, dish scrubbing pad, dish detergent, trash bags, and kleenex are provided for your convenience. A roll each of paper towels and TP are also provided so you don't have to run to the store right away. A small collection of books, games and puzzles are also provided for your enjoyment. **Please note that you must bring your own bed and bath linens.**

Summary: Enjoyed the location of the condo and One Virginia is a very clean, organized building. The beach storage lockers are really convenient. Love to have a linen service and another comfy chair or love seat. For 3 adults - we needed a little extra seating. Beautiful weather and trip!

Summary: We had a fantastic time at the condo! From the moment we booked our reservation to the second we opened the door, it was everything it was supposed to be and more!!!! Communication with the owners was top-notch! Security guards at the building were awesome! We can’t wait to book the same unit next year!!!! The process from beginning to end couldn’t have gone any smoother!

Summary: This was our second time at this location. Has more than you will need. Love the updates to the bathroom. Easy access to the beach. The kids enjoyed the pool and making friends with other residents of the condo. We enjoy sitting on the balcony and people watching. Location makes it easy to get in and out of Rehoboth.

Summary: Our family of four (5 and 3 year old) had an amazing time at this condo for a week long stay. The location is close enough to walk to all popular boardwalk spots but enough distance so it isn’t too loud at night. We loved being right on the beach and having the pool. The condo has everything you need and is the perfect spot for a family getaway!

Summary: We had another fantastic stay at Jeff and Lisa’s beautiful beachfront condo in Rehoboth. The proximity to the boardwalk and restaurants made it easy to explore the area. We enjoyed leisurely walks along the beach and ventured into town for shopping and dining, all within walking distance. The unit itself is clean, well-maintained, and situated in a wonderful building. What really made this experience great was Jeff and Lisa, they are attentive and went out of their way to accommodate special requests, making our stay even more enjoyable. I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a relaxing and convenient beach getaway. We can’t wait to return for another beachfront getaway.

Summary: Lisa and Jeff were very responsive! You can tell they take pride in their condo. The condo was updated, clean and great for our family of four! The location is prime and you can’t beat being right there in front of the ocean. The listing and photos are exactly how the place is in person.
