Summary: I didn't like that the lights were all closed and it was always dark especially level 1. They said there is playstation room but there was none and the arcade room was all off. There is very limited dining choices. It took the hotel 3 days to return our dirty clothes cause we gave them a bag of clothes to be cleaned. Took them 3 days to return it. It was poor service on that regard. Despite the negative end. The positive side is the following Helpful staff Clean room Breakfast and dinner included i like that
