Summary: This is a great house. We have stayed at several VRBO places it was the best stocked (coffee, snacks, crafts, etc) we have rented. We enjoyed having coffee and reading on the porch while watching the deer. The house has a great layout. The only drawback for my wife and I was we like to eat out. There is not many close choices. If you want a relaxing place to stay this is a wonderful place to condider.

Summary: I stayed with my two kids (12 & 14) and we had a great time. The house was so clean and new-looking, it felt like we were the first people to ever stay there. The attention to details and complimentary items put this place over the top. If you’re not familiar with Smith Lake, the lake levels are lower this time of year. We got a little muddy, but we expected it.
