Positive: We loved absolutely everything about this little gem of an hotel. The minute we walked through the entrance gates and looked across the beautifully landscaped gardens out to the stunning beach and turquoise waters beyond we knew we had found somewhere special. What made our stay a magical experience was not just the stunning location but the staff who, without exception, went out of their way to make sure we felt looked after and that everything we did was a positive experience. Breakfast on the beach, breakfast in the oak restaurant, dinner on the beach, dinner in the restaurant, tapas by the pool, every meal became an experience and the food was excellent. Our room was spacious and comfortable and the little welcome gifts laid out on the bed on our arrival were much appreciated.
Negative: There was nothing to dislike, it was perfect.
Summary: A little corner of paradise. We would return in a heartbeat.

Positive: A lovely hotel with very spacious rooms/terrace and tropical gardens located directly on the most beautiful beach. The smiley staff were very attentive and hard working and kept the hotel/gardens well-maintained. The free activities provided by the hotel (paddle boarding, pedalo and kyaking) were really great and much appreciated. There was also a complimentary ride on a glass-bottom boat for one-hour where you could also jump in the sea and swim and snorkel. The hotel is very peaceful and quiet and immediately you feel relaxed and on holiday. To eat breakfast on the sandy beach facing the ocean was a perfect way to start the day. If you want to eat outside the hotel there are several restaurants within a few minutes walk from the hotel. There are also food trucks a few minutes walk up the beach. I would highly recommend staying at this gorgeous hotel and would like to thank all the staff that keep it running so well.
Negative: The breakfast was a little bit mediocre when staying for several days.

Positive: Small boutique hotel with excellent value for money. The hotel has a wide, well-maintained beach with plenty of umbrellas and beach chairs. Nice place for snorkeling. We saw a large turtle about 150 m from the shore.

Positive: Superb property in a superb location. Very large rooms, friendly helpful staff. We stayed BB and food was good we also had excellent lunches in the OAK restaurant. Could not fault this hotel and would definitely stay again.
Negative: Nothing there is nothing not to like about this place.

Positive: Fantastic location close to local shops and restaurants, and short drive to Grand Baie and other attractions in the north. The hotel itself also exceeded our expectations, the staff are wonderful and go above and beyond to help you out whether it is big or small - I got a lovely surprise on my birthday and our stay here felt very special. The hotel is on the smaller side, but felt much more personalised and friendly as the staff got to know us by name. Restaurant was good enough for us, although I could understand if some would want a more varied menu. The room was nice, quiet and spacious. Had a WiFi issue which was solved very quickly, and credit to the staff for looking into it during night hours. The beach and water here are absolutely surreal, very fine and soft sand and bright water. Plenty of sunbeds and the beach is fairly quiet. We could often see fish swimming very close to shore. Boating and diving activities were readily available. Stunning sunsets daily. A very peaceful atmosphere and again, sea views unlike anywhere I have seen.
Negative: No fault of the hotel but we did get a couple of lizards in the room somehow, couldn't get rid of them and learnt to live with it. And beach sellers could be a little too pushy. A couple of the dinner portions felt a little small, didn't fill us up after a day of activities.
