This spacious one-level villa is located in the gated Aviana Resort. The Villa Isabel is situated just 20 minutes from Walt Disney World and is a short drive to Universal Studios, Sea World, outlet shopping, 5 minutes to a beautiful new supermarket and last but certainly not least, world-class golf courses! If you’re looking to spend some time at the beach, you’re in luck, the Atlantic and Gulf Coast beaches are less than a two-hour drive away! Villa Isabel is fully furnished and will provide you and your family and friends with a vacation that you’ll never forget! Why? Because this property is equipped with five bedrooms, one King and one Queen ensuite, 2 queen bedrooms. The Mickey bedroom has twin-over-full bunk beds plus it has a built-in cozy loft area with a smart TV, USB ports and a shelf for all your favorite accessories. (Loft is for children 10 years of age and older). There are also three bathrooms, (the king master bathroom has a separate tub and shower, too!). That’s not all that these bedrooms have to offer. In fact, all five have LCD TVs for your viewing pleasure! The large living area also has a large LCD TV, DVD player and a myriad of DVD movies. If you want a snack while you watch TV, all that you have to do is head over to the spacious kitchen that’s fully equipped to prepare snacks or even a full meal! Outfitted with stainless steel appliances, granite counters, touch free kitchen faucet, table seating for four people and additional seating at the beautiful granite bar, this kitchen is perfect for cooking and entertaining! If you’re looking for a more formal meal with your guests, the separate formal dining room comfortably seats six. But, before you enjoy a delicious meal, you can have cocktail hour in the beautiful lanai area by the pool as you lounge on the comfortable seating. Speaking of the pool and hot tub area, this portion of the villa has lots of poolside lounging and conversation groupings and is accessible through both the living area as well as the King ensuite. As a note, a pool security fence is also available. Additionally, Villa Isabel includes high-speed internet access via Wi-Fi, free long-distance calling within the continental United States, central air conditioning, soft water system, washer and dryer, game room, portable on wheels ice chest, beach pull wagon, beach umbrella, toys for beach. Infant/toddler items, (Stroller, highchair, 2 booster chairs, pack and play). Last but certainly not least, if you want to venture out and explore the grounds of the Aviana Resort, you can find your way to the clubhouse where you’ll find a luxurious beach entry pool, and playground and volleyball area! Summary: The host anticipated EVERYTHING! There wasn't a thing that we needed that the host hadn't already had in the home. From pool noodles to aluminum foil, everything was great. However, it could use a few updates. Two bathrooms were updated but the 3rd needs love and a mattress update. Few things could have been cleaner also. Other than those MINOR things the home was great. I'd definitely stay again in the future

Summary: We were so excited for our trip to FL and the chance to stay at this beautiful property, and we were not disappointed in any way. The house was extremely clean and well setup for us as soon as we arrived. After settling in we checked out the pool, which was clean, warm, and ready to enjoy. The beds were extremely comfortable and the neighborhood was very quiet making it very easy to get some rest. The only part of the stay that tried my patience was the QR code reader at the gate. One night in particular I know we sat there for 5 minutes trying to get the scanner to work. My advice, remain patient and it will work, just not always the first time. Other than that we had an excellent vacation and would definitely consider staying here again.

Summary: We had a wonderful stay at Villa Isabel. Giles the owner was amazing to work with from start to finish. He followed up immediately with us on all questions wanting to ensure the very best experience for us. The home is spacious, spotless, extremely well equipped and comfortable (bbq, games table, videos, ice machine, tons of kitchenware, efficient washer and dryer, two coffee makers). We appreciated upon arrival how honest and accurate the listing and pictures were. The back yard pool area is private with a great hedge, and there is lots of seating! Loved the heated pool and hot tub. The community is friendly and well maintained and the management company attentive and efficient. (Garbage, maintenance, pool cleaning). A fabulous five weeks!!

Summary: This house was perfect for our family of five!! The pool and hot tub were awesome. The house was immaculate and had everything we needed! The instructions from the host were easy to understand for how to get in and out. It was the exact getaway we needed as a family

Summary: House is lovely - very clean - and owner very prompt in responding to texts. Great amenities in the house and the pool area was the best! Lots of towels and pool accessories available for the kids. QR code at main gate never worked which was annoying. Also the beds that are described in the listing as queen are actually double in some of the rooms. The overall area isn’t the nicest although the complex is very well maintained. With traffic it can take up to an hour to get to Disney.
