1 Bedroom House in Tampa

Our water front property is a 1 bedroom 2 bathroom condominium located on the 3rd floor, which is the top floor for the building. The unit has about 1,250 square feet, water views, and is a corner unit. The master bedroom has a king size bed, an on suite, and a walk in closet. There is a new 75" flat screen TV with DVR in the living room. Bedrooms have RokuTV's with streaming capabilities. Beautiful corner screen in lanai over-looking the water and majestic oak trees. Pickleball courts available in the complex. We provide some rackets and beach umbrella. Very serene setting to relax and enjoy the view and nature.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
1. Our standard check-in time is 4:00 p.m. EST and our standard check-out time is by 11:00 a.m. EST.
2. This property is located about 10 minutes from Downtown Tampa, 15 minutes from Busch Gardens, and about 30-40 minutes from the beaches.
3. We do NOT accept pets at this property or children. under 12 (due to past experience)
4. The number of people the unit can comfortably accommodate is 4 adults which is the maximum number of people we allow to stay in the unit overnight. NO roll away beds or air mattress are provided.

Summary: Overall we were very pleased with our stay. Frank is very responsive and the booking process was easy. The beds and pillows are super comfortable and the soaking tub in the primary suite’s bathroom was a bonus. The home was very clean overall. Unfortunately the pool was out of order but this was no fault of Frank. he let us know about it in advance as soon as he heard about it. I would caution you, if you can’t navigate stairs well, this isn’t the place for you. The unit is on the 3rd floor and there is no elevator.

Summary: Frank is an excellent communicator. His unit's kitchen was well appointed, rhe bed was super comfy, and there were plenty of linens. The location was phenomenal...close to Clearwater, anna Maria Island, and many places to see and things to do. Great vacation!

Summary: Frank was an outstanding communicator. No problem finding, gaining entry. Very clean and nice place. Nice beds and pillows and slept very well. Only minor problem was with controls for the new 75" TV but Frank called as soon as I text. Together, we were able to resolve the problem. Good location as well and very close to about anything you would need. Would stay again if in Brandon/Tampa area. Thanks Frank.

Summary: Frank is awesome!!! Unbelievably accommodating!! Anyone who speaks bad of him is lying! He was a huge help in whatever we needed! Place was great!! Nice and quite! Anything you wanted to do was well within reason regarding drive time. We stayed in December and. The pool was freezing, but that’s OK cause we found a Y. close by and by close by I mean 20 minutes big deal there’s a Walmart supercenter there’s a Publix a movie theater all within 15 to 20 minutes from the place. all in all very happy with our stay would highly recommend staying here and would highly recommend having Frank as the owner of any place we ever stay he’s top shelf

Summary: This condo meet all our needs. It was spacious, impeccably clean, and had all of the amenities we needed. The location was perfect for us. It was very close to relatives we were visiting and stores and restaurants were easily accessible. Loved that there was a pool, gym, and pickleball courts right on the premises. Communication with the owner was spectacular. We hope to come back again soon for our next visit.

Summary: My husband and I and another couple stayed while we were in Tampa for the Zac Brown concert. The place was perfect for the 4 of us with two bedrooms and two bathrooms. We spend a lot of time out on the balcony and enjoying the pool area. Frank is amazing to work with and was very quick to answer questions and make clarifications. I would recommend this place to anyone and hope to come back again!
