The outstanding feature of Chalet Edelweiss is the fabulous lounge-diner/kitchen on the top floor. The ceiling has been heightened to give a real feeling of space. The beautifully crafted wooden beams offer that essential alpine character of a chalet. The chalet has views over the village and the Tarentaise Valley towards Mont Blanc. This contemporary chalet has been constructed in keeping with the cute cobbled alpine town in which it sits.
The chalet is laid out over 4 floors with 6 spacious bedrooms each with a wardrobe and twin beds; a huge open-plan dining lounge area; hot tub on the balcony and fabulous views. On the ground floor and first floor there are three ensuite twin rooms and 1 twin with a separate (private) bathroom. On the second floor, Chalet Edelweiss offers a great family room with two sleeping zones separated by a large bathroom in the centre, making it ideal for families. Next to this there is a further ensuite twin room. All rooms can be adapted for couples by pushing the beds together.
Hot Tub: From the main living space there is a good sized balcony with a large hot tub where you can have a glass of wine or beer whilst watching the mountains turn a beautiful sunset pink (Available at an additional cost of €250).
Linen/Towels are not included but can be made available at €20 per person (bath towel, hand towel, bath mat, bedding).
Dog/Cat €100 each plus damages if they occur at cost. The booking platform only charges for one dog, any extra would be at additional cost. We ask that dogs are not left alone in the chalet and are not allowed on furniture or beds.
Chalet Edelweiss has underground secure parking for 2 cars (€100, book in advance).
Summer self-catered bookings only. Fully catered chalet in the winter including airport transfers. Please enquire. The chalet is non-smoking and ashtrays are provided to smoke outside.
