Positive: Enjoyed the modern clean apartment and particularly having a garden to seat in which had some nice plants
Negative: There was quite a lot of noise from the flat above and I could clearly hear them walking about, hoovering etc from around 6am, which disturbed me for 2 nights. Unsure whether this was also a rental property.
Summary: Enjoyed the modern ground floor flat, with the garden to sit out and eat in.

Positive: Very comfortably appointed spaces, and best appointed kitchen in a short term rental. It was apparent the hosts take pride in their units, and that having traveled they identified how most hosts fall short in provisioning rental units. The bedroom was wonderfully large, with a very comfortable bed. The living space, while small, was functional and tastefully set up. The use of glass to make up the wall with the unit entrance was great for providing plenty of light into the apartment, and a beautiful view of the back garden area.

Positive: Quiet despite close to the city centre, near inexpensive public parking. Kitchen well stocked up. Plenty of hot water. Very clean. Nice to have a little garden
Negative: They have a fairly modern system of keys that is not too intuitive to use. But communication was excellent and it was taken care of. Still, a normal key would be nice. Mattress was very soft . The common area is more a kitchen with a sofa than a living room with a kitchen on one side of it
