Summary: The location can't be beat, but I think it's worth mentioning the hiccups we had throughout our trip. Upon arrival (11:45pm I might add) after a terribly long day of travel we arrived to find that our door code did not work. We called the 24/7 customer service number, to be on hold for 25min to talk to someone. They gave us a second code that finally worked. We had 4 guests staying in the property, but only had 3 pillows and 2 blankets. Plenty of sheets, but when we reached out asking for an additional pillow and an extra blanket or two, they said they would bring them but we did NOT receive them and we had no follow up communication regarding that request. Both bathroom sinks in the property did not drain. And the dryer did not work. Overall, we loved the location of the property and though the property was clean and beautiful, we feel that things could have gone a bit smoother.....

Summary: Only issue was not able to get into condo w code they sent . And dryer didn’t work. But the place was spotless and convenient. Parking spaces are very tight…as they mention.

Summary: Pictures online were impressive but in reality the beds were hard and even young people complained. The water pressure was so weak getting the shampoo out of thick long hair was next to impossible and rinsing soap off body not much better than a vegetable mister. The washer and dryer do not work so a weeks stay means going to a laundromat and spending half of a vacation day with your clothes. Finally, a car big enough to fit suitcases for four people is too big to fit in the parking garage which is provided as part of the rental. We paid for on street parking for the week which is a dollar per hour from 8:00 am to 6:00 pm. These are extra costs and inconveniences for an already expensive property. Be aware of these things when selecting this property. The bright spot was location and the local property manager who was most pleasant and helpful.

Summary: No communication with property managers asked question 3 times with no response at all. Bed super uncomfortable, couch needs updating!! Rental advertising showed keurig coffee maker was not there! The place was filthy dirty dishes crumbs on counter liquor bottle left from previous tenant and cleaners left out on counter top from cleaning crew. Looked like blood left on the wall in master bath just overall unacceptable conditions!!

Summary: This condo was immaculate! Location was right in the middle of town so we could walk to everything. Tastefully decorated with so much space. We will definitely stay here when we come back to Hood River.
