Enjoy the breathtaking panoramic views from the spacious terrace of the penthouse as you sip a cocktail in the Jacuzzi on the terrace. The penthouse is at the top of the hill looking over fantastic views. It is spacious and decorated in a simple contemporary designer style with high quality furnishings.
From the bedroom windows you see a continuation of the beautiful view of the bay. The bed is super king size and very comfortable. The floor to ceiling windows onto the terrace give the apartment a sense of light and space from where you may enjoy mesmerising views of the beautiful Bay of Gulluk.
The kitchen is well equipped (pots, pans, crockery, cutlery, toaster, kettle etc.), is fully integrated and has everything you would expect from a modern flat. There is a ceramic state of the art hob with a powerful extractor hood and oven. A dishwasher and washing machine.
The bathroom has a state of the art ceramic suite consisting of twin sinks, bath, shower and a wc with a free standing towel rail and space under the vanity counter for storage of luggage.
Enjoy all your meals on the terrace al fresco and a soak in the Jacuzzi. There are three pools in close proximity that are less than 50 metres from the apartment.
Take a dip or lounge by one of the the quiet pools near the penthouse. Take the complimentary boat service across the bay to the charming and authentic fishing village of Gulluk (30 minutes by boat), to explore it's bars and restaurants which range form simple ones used by locals to more upmarket ones. Shop at Gulluk market on Thursdays or take a bus to the local village Iasos to explore the ancient Roman ruins and enjoy the delicious succulent sea bream or sea bass in the local restaurants.
There are a number of sandy beaches in this area as well Jasmine beach being notable for a large shallow bay with small hotels and bars (pansiyons) serving home made local food and drinks.
There is a bar and restaurant on the resort and a bar and restaurant in the marina where the resort boat moors. This is a beautiful setting with lovely ambience to watch the twinkling lights of Gulluk whilst enjoying a refined menu.

Summary: The apartment is spacious, clean and well appointed but the undoubted star of the show is the magnificent view via the picture windows or large balcony. We were there out of season so difficult to comment on the resort because its facilities were, in the main, not available. However it looked to be well tended, tidy and generally in very good order.

Summary: Very nice apartment. Spacious, clean, everything you need and stunning views. Plenty of pools, very quiet. Nice local beach you can get a free lift to. Lots of steps as very high up so make good use of the free transport cars. Ants were a small problem for the whole complex but we left a good spray under the sink. Just ensure you get in a car when you first arrive off the boat and ask the driver for your keys and passes. The office is not 24 hours. Get the boat back to Gulluk for a decent supermarket. Would definitely return.

Summary: Brilliant penthouse apartment with amazing views. Not suitable for people with walking difficulties due to large amount of steps. The complex is on a hillside with steep slopes throughout. Access to the complex is via a complementary boat from Gulluk which takes around 30 mins. There are 6 pools around the complex with two large family pools in the centre. A small snack bar with shop is conveniently next to the family pool, and a nice restaurant at the harbour. Again complimentary taxis and bus transport guest down to the harbour due to the steep long hill. Having said all that, we enjoyed our stay, having a great relaxing holiday. Bodrum takes around 1.5hrs by boat and bus from Gulluk but is well worth a visit (or two) to take advantage of markets and bargains. Communications with the owner are excellent with prompt answers to any questions. Thank you Nazia for all your help and a great holiday.

Summary: Nestled near the top of this modern resort, you are rewarded with incredible views over the bay and across to Gulluk... With two small 'local' pools both nearby, you can almost pool jump as the sun moves throughout the day; our favourite was the "quiet pool", marked on a map you'll find in the apartment (thanks Nazia!) - go seek it out if you're able. On-site you will find the poolside lounge/bar/restaurant, which serves pretty much all day - along with a small shop, selling the essentials. Head to the Marina Restaurant for something a little more classy, but still totally affordable. Now, if you want to do a 'big shop', head over to Gulluk (complimentary boat service) and fill your boots and for those beach bums, you can ask Yakamos Restaurant to collect you from the resort and whisk you around to Jasmine Beach; just be sure to spend a little money with them when you're there. It's worth noting that there is a car service around the resort to - their crew will run you down (and back up) from the marina as needed. Lastly, for those who need to be connected, Wi-Fi is strongest near the main pool and you will need a voucher code from the main office. As a first-timer to Turkey - this has been an incredible week's holiday.

Summary: This place is amazing. I think the best way to do this is pros/cons. First, the cons : Cons Hot tub on balcony takes ages to fill, and the bubbles don't work. But we did tell the maintenance men and they were going to order in a part so hopefully it'll be fixed soon! There are a lot of steps! 66 from the apartment to the nearest pool, 169 (plus a big ramp) from the main pool. Pros The complex is stunning! Really beautiful, well kept, staff are amazing, so quick to help if required. We went in late September and there was hardly anyone there, which meant we had a pool to ourselves (if we wanted). All of the time! The apartment is stunning! Massive balcony, amazing views, truly amazing views. There was a thunderstorm that passed across the opposite mainland and we watched it from the balcony, incredible to watch. Bed is comfy, so is the sofa, I think the DVD player takes UK region so take a few of yours along if you're not going out that much. But why you wouldn't go out I do not know. Head over to Gulluk and go experience one of their many restaurants. The boat over is a great way to meet people and the time flies by. It was always a smooth ride when we were there. Everyone we met in Gulluk is so friendly. They have a lot of supposedly stray dogs and cats but they all seem very well fed and everyone gets on together. Great place if you like animals. If you don't fancy the boat trip, the restaurant at the harbour is fantastic, really good food for a reasonable price. It's the only place we went to twice. The community they have is excellent. Everyone is so friendly, easy to talk to, and great to ask for advice on the best beaches/restaurants/bars etc. There is Wi-Fi across the whole complex. Pool bar - good food, cold beer, great service. Main pool has a hot tub thingy and cold pool next to it. Jump into one from the other! Overall, if you want to get away from it all and have a truly relaxing holiday, this is for you. Highly recommended.

Summary: We ( my wife and I ) absolutely loved staying in Nazia's apartment. It's just so tranquil and relaxing. The balcony is enormous with 2 sun beds, a table and chairs and a jacuzzi. The apartment itself is spacious and very well equipped. Comfy sofas and a really comfortable king size bed. There are a lot of steps leading up ( and down ) to the apartment but this did not hinder our visit and there are free drivers dotted around the resort who are always willing to take you up the hill or to the beach, ferry boat etc. The resort itself is fairly quiet, which we loved, and everyone is very friendly and helpful. Sinon in the little shop was especially kind and friendly. There is a small pool very close to the apartment which is very quiet, we mostly had it to ourselves, and other pools dotted around the resort. The main pool was lovely and really big and again everyone was really friendly being that a lot of the apartments have owners. There are a couple of nice beaches near by. Tepekoy about 10 mins walk and another locals beach around 20 min walk which we spent most of our time at. The drivers will take you to these for free if you don't fancy the walk. Overall this we one of the best holidays we've ever had and we will be back! A very relaxing, tranquil, relaxing place with friendly and warm people. Thank you Nazia.

Summary: I really wanted to give Nazia's rental 5 stars! There were so many great things about this trip not least of which was the fabulous view and privacy! We spent 5 nights in the apartment. The apartment was clean and extremely comfortable. Everything was in working order and the bed quite comfortable. For the price, this was an absolutely awesome value! We know we could not get this deal anywhere else in the world. The beauty of the sunrises and sunsets alone were worth the rates that Nazia charges. Just a few things to note: 1. There is no restaurant on site. It has been demolished and scheduled to rebuild within the year. This made it difficult if you didn't want to cook in. There is a lovely beach with restaurants within 10 minutes drive but it will be much better when the restaurant is re-built. 2. There is no internet in this rental. The resort has wireless available around the office but it is quite slow. We didn't mind being unplugged, but some people may want to know that ahead of time. 3. Lot of stairs…again not a problem for us and the resort offers friendly drivers to pick you up any time you need. 4. There is no fitness center. This was a little disappointing for my husband as he likes to workout. I really only mention these things because it would have been good to know them ahead of time. However, the friendly staff, the beautiful setting, the privacy, the village of Gulluk and the awesome conditions of the apartment really made this a great value and we enjoyed ourselves very much. It's really better than 4 stars, but not quite 5. Thank you Nazia for letting us use your rental! We really enjoyed it!

Summary: If you are looking for a peaceful and relaxing get away in Bodrum/Turkey with breathtaking views than this is the place. The apartment has all the mod cons to make your stay comfortable and was very clean and well maintained. There are a few swimming pools or a small beach area so it is never overcrowded. The local shop at the resort is good for basic food however for all your other needs there is free boat service which goes to and from the local town Gulluk which has plenty of restaurants, bars and supermarkets. We enjoyed taking this scenic boat ride to Gulluk which only takes 30mins. The people were very friendly and helpful as was the owner with information and details of the resort and apartment. The only downside is if you have difficulty climbing stairs or sloping hills you will struggle here. The resort staff do offer a free car service take you up to a level but there is still some climbing involved. None the less if this is not an issue then I would definitely recommend this apartment as once you are on the balcony looking out to the sea the views are amazing! Rashmi
