A Note about our Backyard: the backyard is part of an oversized lot so you'll love the expansiveness of it & its amenities such as the two-hole Putting Green, large covered patio with lounge style seating, covered patio with bar table, paver extension patio with firepit and more seating, citrus trees that grow lemons, oranges etc., gas BBQ grill, Ping Pong Table, outdoor dining table with seating for 8, six chaise lounge chairs with pillows, lots of rafts and pool floats and wonderful grassy turf throughout. Recently installed professional landscape up lighting through the entire perimeter for more ambience! The enormous green front yard, as well, is perfect for badminton, soccer or any other activity your family may want to enjoy - plus it has added privacy.

The house boasts a neighborhood pedestrian entrance to a large shopping plaza just adjacent to the neighborhood. The house is in a quiet neighborhood surrounded by other single family homes in Old Town Scottsdale with a huge grassy front yard set back off of the residential street.

A NOTE ABOUT POOL HEATING: The pool can be heated during winter months when the natural pool temperature drops due to lower outside air temperatures. Pool heating is optional (as it is with most rentals) and available for $50/day with a 3-consecutive day minimum. We generally recommend that the pool be heated October 15th through May 1st in order to be a comfortable swimming temperature.
