Summary: We had a fantastic week staying here. The property was exactly as the pictures and listing described. The house is well stocked for children with booster seats, high chair, pack and play, as well as toys and games for the house and the beach. The location is super close to the causeway to the beach as well as any store you could imagine. Many close city parks with great playgrounds for children. We will be back for sure!

Summary: I am a native Floridian from St. Petersburg and we usually make it back home from Maryland for the holidays. We've rented beach condos in the past, but were frustrated with the limitations surrounding having family over the Christmas gatherings. This home is fabulous. We loved the very large island perfect for family mingling. The renovations of the original house provided a large central area for gathering and spacious 4 bedrooms each with their own full baths. Each room had large TVs with Roku and the main room has Sonos surround sound. We have to admit that we were a bit jealous of such a great property. The only thing I would change if I owned the place would be to remove the hot tub and get a contractor to build an enclosed pool and hot tub in the backyard! Matt and Jen were perfect hosts who were just a text away responding quickly to all of our questions. They are very experienced hosts and were able to accommodate all of our requests. Bellair beach and Sand Key beach are right over the bridge about 5 mins away. Entry instructions were very easy and Exit requirements were minimal. We will definitely seek this listing for future Florida visits!

Summary: Matt & Jen’s home is so beautiful! They have thought of everything that you could need!! Comfy beds and couches for relaxing after a long day at the beach. We spent each day walking or biking around the neighborhood or across the bridge. It is close to Clearwater and St Pete Beach! We watched the sunset almost every night from the front step! This home checked very box for us!! Thank you!!

Summary: The house was clean and very well-kept. upon arrival, there was fruit, chocolates, and a bottle of wine. There were beach chairs in the garage for use. These are some things that are never at the places that I have rented before. Very pleased and would stay again in the future with no hesitation

Summary: This house was beautiful! Very welcoming with a bottle of wine and some chocolates! Clean and spacious! Conveniently located! Loved cooking in the kitchen, the convenience to do laundry, and the use of beach items. Beds were super comfortable! We were only able to use the hot tub the first night. The water level was low, the pump kept running, and when we did try to fill it with water and use it, it took quite a while to heat up so we decided not to use it. Was a bummer as my adult children really wanted to use it. The internet went out on Saturday, and a service person could not come out until Tuesday. We love watching movies together in the evening, so it was a bit inconvenient. Not their fault, but we had reservations, we were told if we needed them, they were right around the corner. When I asked them to slip over for the service person to finish up, I was told they lived an hour away. We ended up being late for our reservation. Aside from that (which I think are probably not typical issues) we really enjoyed our stay and we thank them for choosing us to stay in their amazing house!

Summary: By far the best vacation home we’ve ever stayed in! It was super clean and very well stocked with everything we could possibly need for our week long stay. The layout was perfect, giving everyone the privacy of their own bedroom/bathroom space with a huge common area for all to hang out, eat, and relax. The hosts were also very generous, allowing us to extend our checkout last minute due to a scheduling issue. We would love to stay here again on our next visit to the area. Would highly recommend!

Summary: This is our 2nd stay at this beautiful home! It easily fit our family of 7 and the location is fantastic, close to the beach, grocery store and shops.
